Nigel Peacock

Nigel PeacockNigel Peacock started his radio career at the tender age of 17, at Hospital Radio Tunbridge Wells.

His professional career in radio includes spells at Invicta Radio and KFM in Kent, followed by time at 107 Meridian FM in East Sussex.

A trek north to Eden FM in Penrith was followed by a short time voicing commercials at 100FM Rarotonga (Cook Islands), whilst living by the Pacific Ocean.

A return to the UK saw time at Redstone FM in Surrey, and West Kent Radio in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

Moving to Devon in 2022, Nigel was one of the co-founders of DevonAiR Gold and is responsible for many of the day-to-day aspects of the station.

He broadcasts The Golden Hours each Saturday, featuring songs and news from a specific year between 1970 and 1999.

His other interests include ham radio, where he has operated in 10 different countries around the world.
